Leadership Update at JASANZ

JASANZ is pleased to announce several leadership changes.

CEO
Our Chief Executive Officer, Alan Cook, has resigned due to family circumstances and we’d like to thank him for his leadership and his contribution to the transformation of JASANZ over the past 18 months. We wish him and his family well.

Sarah Valentine has been appointed Acting CEO

General Manager, Accreditation
Lee Culnane has been officially appointed General Manager, Accreditation, following a period of exceptional leadership. Lee remains committed to delivering high-quality service and continually improving the experience for our clients and stakeholders.

General Manager, Technical Services
To strengthen technical leadership, JASANZ has created a new role: General Manager, Technical Services. Matt Pitt has been appointed to this position in recognition of his deep expertise in conformity assessment and leadership in developing JASANZ schemes. He will lead international engagement, mentor key business functions, and oversee the scheme continuum.

Acting General Manager, Corporate Services
Alison Scammel has been appointed Acting General Manager, Corporate Services, stepping up from Learning and Development. Her broad expertise and program management skills will be vital in leading the Corporate Services team and advancing new cross-functional initiatives.
