Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to work in the product industry?

You will already be working in a great role in the product industry that you want to continue in. You will need your workplace’s approval to participate in the program, as you will have periods where you will be committed to the Futures Program and will require additional time to complete online training or attend live webinars.

Are all sessions live, or can I access and watch in my own time?

All webinars, panel discussions, and facilitator-led courses are delivered live via Zoom. For the best learning experience, we highly recommend attending and actively participating.

Will I accrue CPD points?

Every program participant will receive a certificate and a detailed professional development transcript upon completing the program. Participants are welcome to use these in organisations of their choice to accrue CPD points.

I have a clash on one of the dates. Are all dates mandatory?

All sessions, including the micro conference, are mandatory to attend in order to complete the program. Where unforeseen circumstances prevent a participant completing part of the program, JASANZ will consider these cases on an individual basis and provide additional guidance and/or support.

You must be a permanent resident of New Zealand or Australia to apply for the Program.

I have a disability. Can you adjust the program to support me?

JASANZ is committed to accessibility in all professional training programs. As part of our commitment to creating an inclusive culture, we will make reasonable adjustments to our processes during the program to support you in completing the program.
