Accreditation is more than just a symbol of assurance – it’s a process for monitoring the impartiality and performance of the conformance assessment bodies (CABs). This valuable contribution is recognised through the licensing of accredited CABs to use the JASANZ accreditation symbol as a mark of quality and reliability.

JASANZ has become aware of the following fraudulent certificates and uses of its accreditation symbol.

1. Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works

The Joint Accreditation System for Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is an international accreditation body.  It has come to the attention of JASANZ that Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works is displaying the JASANZ logo on its Product Catalogue for the manufacturing of screws and barrels for plastic processing machinery, thereby claiming association with JASANZ. Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works is an Indian based company that manufactures and exports Screw and Barrel sets for Plastic Machinery and is claiming to be an ISO9001:2008 certified company.

 This notice by JASANZ is to inform the public of the following:

• Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works has no association with JASANZ;
• Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works has not been certified for ISO9001:2008 from any of the conformance assessment bodies accredited by JASANZ;
• Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works has no right to use the JASANZ name, brand, goodwill or reputation in any manner whatsoever; and
• Shri Mahalaxmi Engineering Works has been directed to cease and desist from illegally using the JASANZ registered trademark.

2. Qualimark India

 The Joint Accreditation System for Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is an international accreditation body.  It has come to the attention of JASANZ that Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd. is displaying the JASANZ logo on its website, thereby claiming association with JASANZ. Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd is an Indian based company that designs, manufactures, and exports machines for the food processing industry and is claiming to be an ISO 9001:2015-certified company.

 This notice by JASANZ is to inform the public of the following:

• Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd has no association with JASANZ;
• Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd has not been certified for ISO9001:2015 from any of the conformance assessment bodies accredited by JASANZ;
• Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd has no right to use the JASANZ name, brand, goodwill or reputation in any manner whatsoever; and
• Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd has been directed to cease and desist from illegally using the JASANZ registered trademark.

3. Wave Technology

 The Joint Accreditation System for Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is an international accreditation body.  It has come to the attention of JASANZ that Wave Technology Computer Training Institute is displaying the JASANZ logo on certificates issued by the organisation, thereby claiming association with JASANZ. Wave Technology is an Indian based company that provides computer education and is claiming to be an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

 This notice by JASANZ is to inform the public of the following:

• Wave Technology has no association with JASANZ;
• Wave Technology has not been certified for ISO9001:2015 from any of the conformance assessment bodies accredited by JASANZ;
• Wave Technology has no right to use the JASANZ name, brand, goodwill or reputation in any manner whatsoever; and
• Wave Technology has been directed to cease and desist from illegally using the JASANZ registered trademark.

4. REYCERA

The Joint Accreditation System for Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is an international accreditation body.  It has come to the attention of JASANZ that REYCERA CREATION PVT. LTD is displaying the JASANZ logo on its website, thereby claiming association with JASANZ. REYCERA CREATION PVT. LTD is an Indian based company that manufactures and exports ceramic and tiles items and is claiming to be an ISO 9001:2000 certified company.

 This notice by JASANZ is to inform the public of the following:

• REYCERA CREATION PVT. LTD has no association with JASANZ;
• REYCERA CREATION PVT. LTD has not been certified for ISO9001:2000 from any of the conformance assessment bodies accredited by JASANZ;
• REYCERA CREATION PVT. LTD has no right to use the JASANZ name, brand, goodwill or reputation in any manner whatsoever; and
• REYCERA CREATION PVT. LTD has been directed to cease and desist from illegally using the JASANZ registered trademark.
