The Joint Accreditation System for Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is an international accreditation body.  It has come to the attention of JASANZ that Ali Express is displaying the JASANZ logo on their advertisement of KANKEIRR products, thereby claiming association with JASANZ. Ali Express is an online retail service based in China.

 This notice by JASANZ is to inform the public of the following:

• AliExpress has no association with JASANZ;
• AliExpress has never been accredited by JASANZ or certified by any conformance assessment bodies accredited by JASANZ;
• AliExpress has no right to use the JASANZ name, brand, goodwill or reputation in any manner whatsoever; and
• AliExpress has been directed to cease and desist from illegally using the JASANZ registered trademark.

Background: AliExpress is claiming affiliation with JASANZ through use of the JASANZ logo on their advertisements of KANKEIRR products. We sent 2 cease and desist letters with no response and the products are still being advertised on the website (last checked 05/04/2024)

Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd

The Joint Accreditation System for Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is an international accreditation body.  It has come to the attention of JASANZ that Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd is displaying the JASANZ logo on an expired certificate on their website, thereby claiming association with JASANZ. Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd is a China based company that manufactures plastic pipes and pipe fittings and is claiming to be an ISO9001:2015 certified company.

 This notice by JASANZ is to inform the public of the following:

• Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd has no current association with JASANZ

• Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd was certified for ISO9001:2015 which expired in August 2020.
• Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd has no right to use the JASANZ name, brand, goodwill or reputation in any manner whatsoever; and
• Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd has been directed to cease and desist from illegally using the JASANZ registered trademark.

Background: Shandong Haili Pipe Technology Co., Ltd is claiming affiliation with JASANZ through use of the JASANZ logo and claiming they are ISO9001:2015 certified through an expired certificate on their website. We sent 1 cease and desist letter with no response and the expired certificate is still on the website last checked 05/04/2024)
