The Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) is excited to announce the appointment of Alan Cook as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a proven track record of senior leadership in regulatory oversight, Mr Cook brings a wealth of experience and expertise to support JASANZ’s further success.

Alan joins JASANZ following a successful career in the Australian military, as well as the Australian Civil Aviation and transport industries. He is currently Director, Verification Services at the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industry.

“I am really excited to be joining the JASANZ team and look forward to continuing the good work of JASANZ,” Alan Cook said.

Alan Cook’s appointment comes as the organisation continues to broaden its horizons. His vision for the future, strong commitment to accreditation, and dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion align perfectly with the values that JASANZ holds dear.
